Aiken Group, and its subsidiary organisations shall only process customer data where it is necessary for the administration of client / vendor / partner accounts and therefore, any correspondence initiated by Aiken Group. shall be solely transactional.
Aiken Group have never been in the practice of using gathered customer data for marketing purposes, either electronically or by post, nor is there any intention for this to change.
Any financial data supplied to Aiken Group is processed using suitable security precautions, this includes webforms submitted via our website.
Aiken Group also recognizes that some contact details may also be considered personal data as it relates to named individuals.
